To deposit/withdraw money from Forex time. First you need to visit the Forextime homepage and log in.
Next you need your trading account ID or registered email and password to log in. After entering, click Import MyFXTM
Step 1: At the FXTM account screen in the left corner, click My Money->Deposit
Step 2: Choose a deposit method
Domestic payment method
Here you have 2 main options to pay attention to: payment via Ngan Luong portal or Internet banking
If you select the payment port 1, the following screen will appear.
Here you need to fill in the following information:
Account: the account you will deposit money into
Currency: Default is VND
Amount: Select the deposit amount. Note here you cannot choose the numbers 100-1000 because the unit is VND. You need to select Other and enter the amount in Vietnam Dong.(Read more : FXTM floor)
After entering, select Confirm
Next, the system will automatically switch to Ngan Luong’s page. Here you need to choose the form and confirm the payment.
Recharge via Internet banking
With this form of payment you need to fill in the following information:
- Account: The account you will deposit money into
- Currency: Default is VND
- Amount: Since the unit is VND, you must select Other. What amount to enter?
- Bank account numberBank Name: Currently FXTM supports banks such as ACB, Vietcombank, Sacombank, BIDV, Techcombank, DongA and Eximbank

Next, the system will switch to the INTERNET BANKING page of the bank you choose. You need to login and confirm the OTP to complete the transaction.
Top up via credit card
We have the main form of credit card top-up, which is Visa and MasterCard.

About the account, the currency, the amount is the same as the previous form

First name + Last name: You enter the same information as the FXTM account holder’s name. Note: Use Vietnamese without accents
Address: you can simply enter the name of the province or better yet you can fill it out correctly.
City: province/city you live inVietnam

Postal code:
After entering, select Confirm

Card number: card number
Cardholder name: Name of the cardholder.
Expires: Expiration time.
CVV/CVV2: 3 numbers printed on the back of the card
After entering, select Submit to confirm
Deposit via Skrill
After you click on the Skrill form, the information screen will appear:
Here you need to fill in the following information:
- Account: the account you will deposit money into
- Currency: you should choose USD. There are also other currencies such as: EUR, GBP, CZK, PLN
